We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to make a return, please take note of the following guidelines:

Return Window: You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, including sale items.


Return Options:

1. Pre-Paid Returns Label: Inside your purchase, you'll find a pre-paid returns label for your convenience. To use this option, simply take the parcel to your local Post Office. 

2. Courier Collection: Alternatively, we can arrange for a courier to collect your return from any specified UK address. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred collection day between 10 am and 4 pm (Monday-Friday). To schedule a courier collection, please email


Return Condition: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in unworn and original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, a refund will not be issued.


Refund Processing: We strive to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your accounts.


Please note that the delivery cost for items shipped via Special Delivery is £12, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.


Kindly note that this returns policy exclusively applies to online purchases and does not pertain to any items bought in-store.
